Temperature-dose dependences of porosity parameters in nickel irradiated by 1 meV nitrogen ions
Description
Temperature-dose dependences of swelling distribution functions for pore dimensions, average pore diameter pore concentration and total dislocation density in nickel irradiated by 1 MeV nitrogen ions are obtained. The expression which permits to describe with high accuracy the obtained temperature - dose dependence of swelling in nickel is indicated
