Snoehvit still keeps Norway waiting

Although it is 17 years since Statoil discovered natural gas in the Barents Sea, the challenge to develop Snoehvit and its neighbouring fields has yet to be met. The reasons for the lack of development are compared with the lack of development in the West Delta Deep off Egypt and Corrib off Eire.
