Segregation preferential factor of point defect sinks in irradiated binary substitutional alloys

Description

Calculation method is suggested for a segregation preferential factor of point defect sinks in binary substitutional alloys. The calculations accomplished for ion irradiated V-Fe alloys with Fe concentration up to 5 at.% shown that a sharp concentration dependence of swelling can be explained by the effect of alloy composition on segregation preferential factor. A contribution of drift forces to segregation preferential factor of sinks is also calculated for Fe-Cr-Ni alloy considered in a pseudo-binary approach. 13 refs
