Vibrational spectra of CdGa2S4 single crystals

Description
The experimental investigation results of cadmium thiogallate (CdGa2S4) optical properties are presented. Infrared and Raman spectra in nonpolarized light within the 33-400 cm-1 range are given. Proceeding from the approximation according to which G, X and W simmetry points of the zinc blende in the transition to chalcopyrite structure are transformed into G point (K=0), the observed peculiarities are indentified
