Absolute elastic differential cross sections from electron scattering from S F6 in the 75-1000 eV range
Description
Absolute elastic differential cross sections have been measured for incident electron energies between 75 and 1000 eV and in the angular range between 100 to 1200. The relative flow technique was used and nitrogen was the secondary gas standard. Integral cross sections have also been determined from extrapolation of the differential cross sections. The data are compared with previous experimental data, showing good agreement. (author)
