Deformation anomaly in compounds of La2CuO4 type
Description
Deformation anomalies in La2-xSrxCuO4 and YBa3Cu3O71-3 are explained by the presence of the Van Hoff peculiarity on the Fermi level and they suggest the existence of a soft mode which is not related to structural transition
