Photopolarization processes in LixGaSe and LixInSe intercalates

Description
Effect of light irradiation from the range of natural and impurity photosensitivity on LixGaSe and LixInSe properties where x-number of introduced ions per one formula unit of orifinal matrix is investigated. The following regularities are determined: a) at the illumination the potential electret difference for LixGaSe increases while for LixInSe reduces regardless of the selection of illuminated surface; b) increase and relaxation of photovoltage are of long-time character; c) in LixGaSe at T=300 K photoresponse is observed only for the fundamental absorption range, while T=85 K - only for the impurity one. As it is determined at room temperature LixGaSe and LixInSe specimens are in the state thermostimulated charge while character of bending zones is identical for the mentioned materials
