Description
The aim of this study was to evaluate the interest of the follow-up of the 18F-F.D.G. uptake during the treatment of the rheumatoid poly-arthritis by 40 mg during 2 weeks of adalimumab (an anti-TNF-alpha human monoclonal antibody), comparatively to the usual clinical and biological follow-up. The PET with 18F-F.D.G. is a promising technique to enlighten early the anti inflammatory pharmaco-dynamic effect of the adalimumab in the rheumatoid poly-arthritis. (N.C.)
