High-temperature investigations of oxygen disordering in the Nd2-xCexCuOz (x = 0.15) system

Description
The process of oxygen disordering in the Nd2-xCexCuOz (x = 0.15) superconducting phase are studied through the methods of thermogravimetry, differential thermal analysis and roentgenographic study of the in situ behaviour of the elementary cell parameters by heating the sample in the air. It is established that all kinds of oxygen ions (01, structurally band with copper ions through square lattices; 0.2, neighbouring with RE-ions in the fluorite units; and 03, apical oxygen ions) participate in the oxygen disordering processes
