A simple correction to the Von Neumann artificial viscosity to be used in ICF Lagrangian hydrocodes

A new switching condition for the Von Neumann artificial viscosity is proposed, useful for ICF Lagrangian hydrocodes in any geometry. A comparison among different conditions is made by using a typical inertial-confinement fusion simulation
