Description
The (p, t) reaction has been used to study the behavior of two-neutron holes in the even Sm isotopes at high excitation energy. Both broad and narrow structures are observed at excitation energies above 5 MeV. Some of these can be interpreted in terms of the low-energy structure of 142Sm. (orig.)
