Information letter 11. Information about operation of plants SE-NPP Bohunice and SE-VYZ during November 2005

In this leaflet results of exploitation of four units of the Bohunice V-1 and V-2 NPPs are presented. The electricity and heat production in June 2005 are reviewed. Within a November 2005 the electricity was produced: 300.226 GWh (block 1), 303.992 GWh (block 2), 265.037 GWh (block 3), 295.677 GWh (block 4), totally 1165 GWh, and 10274 GWh within a January - November 2005. The heat production in November 2005 was 224 236 GJ, and within a January - November 2005 it was produced 1 398 696 GJ of heat. Processing and storage of radioactive wastes in Decommissioning of Nuclear Installations and Spent Fuel and Rad-waste Management (SE-VYZ) is presented. Eleven pieces of fibre-concrete containers were processed into fibre-concrete containers in Bohunice processing centre of radioactive wastes (BSC RAO) in November 2005. twenty-eight fibre-concrete containers were stored into Republic storage of radioactive wastes (RU RAO). Total number in RU RAO reached 1024 pieces of fibre-concrete containers, which represent 14.22 per cent of storage capacity (7200 containers). The content of the first thousand' of filled containers constitutes 3200 barrels (464 tonnes) in the form of pressed pieces, 3660 barrels with bitumenised product and 340 barrels with sludges, gravels and other fixed liquid radioactive wastes bathed by cement grout
