X-ray structure study of plasma-deposited metal coatings on Cr18Ni10Ti steel
Description
Using X-ray diffraction crystal structure and phase composition of Mo, Nb, Ti metal coatings, plasma-deposited at 500-900 deg C on Kh18N10T stainless steel, are studied. It is shown that steel components interaction and, primarily, carbon, with deposited metal have sufficient effect on structure and phase composition of coatings
