Magnetic properties of Fe-Co-Si-B system amorphous alloys with various boron contents

Description
Effect of annealing in magnetic field on magnetic properties of alloys in the system Fe5Co80-xSi15Bx (x=8, 9, 10, 11 and 12) is investigated. In the first three alloys with Curie point above 300 deg C and a low crystallization temperature induced magnetic anisotropy occurs, and hysteresis loop is shifted over the field axis. In the alloys with x=11 and 12 with Curic point below 300 deg and crystallization temperature above 500 deg induced anisotropy is not realized, during conventional annealings hysteresis loop is not shifted
