Instrument for detection of particle and photon flux distribution

Description
An instrument for detection of particle and photon fluxes spatial distribution in a vacuum is described. An assembly of a microchannel plate and a luminescent screen on a fiber-optical washer is used as a detctor of particle of photon primary flux. Luminescence of luminophor is detected by the movebale linear shape of a videosignal with charge transfer controlled by the CAMAC electronic circuit. Spatial resolution of the device makes up 0.1 mm. The described instrument has been used for studying reflectability of different materials under their irradiation by fast hydron atom beams
