The BEhP electron-positron storage ring-cooler

Description

The 700 MeV BEhP electron-positron storage ring-cooler under construction, which designed as a booster for the VEPP-2M is described. The maximum injection energy of beams in the VEPP-2M will increase from 550 to 700 MeV which permits to attain the luminosity of 7x1031 cmsup(-2) ssup(-1). The BEhP magnetic system consists of 12 lattices, each of them being a FODO-cell. The BEhP ring will replace the VEPP-2 storage ring. The basic parameters of beams and magnetic system are presented. Presently all the BEhP units are being manufactured and itsmounting has already been started
