A note on some aging properties of the accelerated life model

Description

The accelerated life model with time-dependent scale transformation is studied. A notion of (relative) degradation for the two distribution functions is introduced via the formal approach. A specific model with 'physical' degradation is considered. Simple non-parametric properties of the model are studied. Possible generalizations are discussed
