Proton magnetic resonance in hydrated vanadates in alkali metals and alkaline earth metals
Description
The state of water in polycrystalline hydrates of vanadates of Na, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba has been studied by the proton magnetic resonance method. Interproton distances in water molecules, intermolecular coupling parameters and a number of isolated protons have been determined. Two types of motion of water molecules in the lattices of vanadates have been found: diffusion through regular vacancies of the Schottky type and diffusion through lacunes
