Description
To analyze the hepatobiliary function in hyperbilirubinemia a kit for preparation of /sup 99m/Tc-Sn-BIDA was developed. In analogy to ROTOP-EHIDA its lyophilisate contains equal portions in weight of ligand, SnCl2 x 2H2O, and ascorbic acid according to labelling mixture. In conformity with electrophoretic and chromatographic investigations as well as distribution studies in animals the pH optimum is in the range between pH 6.0 and 6.5 for the preparation of /sup 99m/Tc-Sn-BIDA. A comparison of /sup 99m/Tc-Sb-BIDA with /sup 99m/Tc-Sn-EHIDA shows significant differences in some estimating criterions. (author)
