Interlock and protection device development of microwave power system

Description
In the paper, we describe the design of the microwave power interlock and protection device for Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The control circuit is the core of this interlock and protection system, which achieves the real time monitoring and control of microwave system interlock and protection signal and modulator interlock and protection signal. This system is capable of implementing signal transmission, too, with PLC. (authors)
