Indication of radioresistance modified by radioprotective agents

Description
In experiments on rats a study was made of hypoxic and radioprotective effectiveness of mexamine in bone marrow. It was shown that radioprotective effectiveness of hypoxia decreases 45-60 min after administration of the protective agents. The regulatory-metabolic conception is expounded which attributes the observed phenomenon to the increase in the intracellular oxygen concentration and normalization of recovery of internal cell medium
