Defects diagnostic of crystal lattice on Ge surface
Description
The surface recombination velocity is in crossed electric and magnetic fields after irradiation by YAG:Nd laser. This phenomenon is connected with influence of laser radiation on surface of the Ge sample. The increasing of surface recombination velocity is explained by generation of pores. The pores dimension decrease with number of laser pulses. (authors)
