Nuclear-structure effect on K-electron capture to positron emission ratios for allowed transitions
Description
Experimental K-electron capture to positron emission ratios disagree with theoretical values even when mesonic second class currents and electron-electron correlations are taken into account. A semi-empirical relation for Csup(K)/Csup(#betta#+) is proposed which takes into account the nuclear structure effect and explains the experimental data. (author)
