Elastic plastic deformation in magnetic systems of electrophysical devices

Description
Tension-deformed state of electromagnetic systems in large electrophysical devices is studied. Theory of small elastic plastic deformations and method of variable elasticity parameters, consisting in iterative sequence of elastic solutions with variable mechanical characteristics is applied. Calculation of U-2M stellarator spiral winding is presented as an example. Displacements of nodal points of winding line, internal forces and resistances are obtained. 5 refs.; 2 figs
