Method of diffusion coefficient measurement in a core of crystallite conjugation regions

Description
A new method of diffusion coefficient determination is developed as applied to the core of the crystallite conjugation region (CCR) in polycrystals. Diffusion coefficients in the core of the CCR are determined from the dependence of integral intensities of atomic probe radiation on annealing time and temperature. The measurements were accomplished for the parameters of temperature dependence of 57Co diffusion coefficient in the core of the CCR in polycrystalline tungsten, The data obtained for diffusion coefficients and activation enthalpy are given. 11 refs.; 2 figs
