Description
Recently large voids in galaxy distribution have been found by means of red shift surveys. The authors consider the possible effect of the presence of one of these voids (the one found in Bootis) on the cosmic microwave background photons. They computed the distortion of the CMB photons due to the inverse Compton interaction with the hot Intergalactic Medium. (Auth.)
