Ionization energy losses of relativistic positrons in silicon monocrystals

Description

Ionization-loss spectra have been measuremed for 1.2 GeV positrons transmitted through a silicon single crystals at different angles to the crystal axis. For the particles aligned with the axis the most probable energy loss dicreases by 20%
