Photothermostimulated exoelectron emission from amorphous metallic alloys of Fe-Co-Si-B systems
Description
The temperature dependences of the photostimulated exoelectron emission from amorphous ferromagnetic alloys on the base of Fe-Co-Si-B were measured at heating in the region of structural relaxation and crystallization and at cooling. The emission mechanism is proposed based on the boron atoms diffusion to the surface
