Thinking about energy on a European scale
Description
Germany's energy policy is completely dominated by the challenge of the energy transition, which is largely conceived as a national project. In this context, the European dimension of the energy issue and its many facets are totally eclipsed. And yet, Germany will not be able to make a success of its energy turnaround without integrating them into a global strategy
