Scientific and technical transformations in roentgenology presuppose a transition to qualitatively new technologies in radiological equipment building. An active cooperation of scientific and medical establishments with industrial enterprises is needed. The problem of setting up research laboratories in large medical centers for the fast development of new equipment and products of radiologic technology, is raised. It appears necessary to improve the system of retraining for the personnel in new technical directions
