Description
This Act came into force on 23 March 1982. It provides for the financing of the ENEA's (formerly CNEN) programme of work for the period 1980-1984. It further provides that within one year of its entry into force, the Directorate for Nuclear Safety and Health Protection - DISP (formerly within CNEN) will be set up as an independent, autonomous body, with tasks involving control over activities entailing major risks, including nuclear activities. Cette Loi est entree en vigueur le 23 mars 1982. Elle concerne le financement du programme de l'ENEA (auparavant le CNEN) pour la periode 1980-1984. La presente Loi dispose egalement que dans un delai d'une annee suivant son entree en vigueur, la Direction de la surete nucleaire et de la protection de la sante - DISP (fonctionnant auparavant dans le cadre du CNEN) sera constituee en tant qu'organisme independant dote de taches comportant le controle des activites presentant des risques majeurs, y compris les activites nucleairesFiles
