On the mechanism of generation of ''drift pair'' solar radiobursts

Description
The mechanism of ''drift pair'' bursts generation is suggested, based on cyclotron excitation of plasma waves from fast particles flux in double plasma resonance region with subsequent transformation of excited waves in electromagnetic as a result of combinational scattering. The main characteristics of ''drift pair'' bursts are explained within the framework of this mechanism
