Description
Regularities of molybdenum trioxide dissolution kinetcs are investigated under such conditions, when only the first stage - the formation of polymolybdate-ions, that is, regularity of molybdenum transfer from trioxide into weakly acid solutions - may occur. It is shown that both the seeming activation energy and the order by OH- ions are very close to the observed ones under molybdenum trioxide interaction with weakly acid solutions. It allows one to believe that dissolution in ammonia occurs in several stages, and the process regularities are determined by the first of them - the polyanion formation
