Evaluation of PWR transients with highest pressure increase for the ATWS case 'loss of main feedwater supply'
Description
The entire spectrum of transients analyzed during commissioning has been evaluated with respect to the potential of exceeding the primary system design pressure. The systematic evaluation indicates that during the ATWS case 'loss of main feedwater supply' the highest primary system pressure is obtained. This case has been analyzed in detail, and it has been indicated which degree of detail is necessary in the simulation. In addition, sensitivity calculations have been performed to find such parameters which influence the value of the maximum system pressure. (orig.)

Aus dem Spektrum der im Genehmigungsverfahren zu untersuchenden Transienten in Druckwasserreaktoren wurden solche naeher betrachtet, die das Potential haben, zu einer Ueberschreitung des Auslegungsdruckes im Primaersystem zu fuehren. Bei einer systematischen Eingrenzung der Faelle ergab sich, dass der ATWS-Fall 'Ausfall der Hauptspeisewasserversorgung' zu den hoechsten Druecken fuehrt. Dieser Fall wurde ausfuehrlich analysiert. Besonders wurde herausgestellt, welcher Detaillierungsgrad der Simulation erforderlich ist, und welche Parameter den Maximalwert des Primaerdrucks entscheidend beeinflussen. (orig.)Additional details
