Plutonium disproportionation. What did Sherman Rabideau measure?
Description
Sherman RABIDEAU's classic study of the disproportionation of Pu(IV) is reviewed and its results are questioned. RABIDEAU used mixed potentials and incorrect statements of mass and charge conservation to establish his conclusions. (author)
