Preparation and evaluation of a new indium-111 agent for efficient labeling of human platelets in plasma
Description
A new imaging agent (111In-M) has been developed for labelling platelets in plasma efficiently. Incorporation of the radioactivity into the platelets is related to platelet concentration; pH of the medium, and the time and temperature of incubation. This new agent compares very favourably with 111In oximes. (U.K.)
