Photodielectric effects in cadmium pyroniobate

Description
Existence of two types of photodielectric effects was revealed in crystals of ferroelectric - semiconductor of cadmium pyroniobate: 1)effect, conditioned by screening spontaneous polarization by photoexcited current carriers; 2)effect, which is not related with ferroelectric properties
