On the possibility of measuring an electromagnetic field in general relativity theory
Description
Potentialities of measuring an electromagnetic field in the general relativity theory (GRT) have been analyzed. The role of taking account of the gravitation field specificity and of the presence of three universal constants c, h/2π, x ( c is the light velocity, h/2π is the Planck constant, x is the gravitational constant) is considered. The region, in which the averaged electromagnetic field is measured, has been shown to increase with charge up to infinity, and the error in measuring the field decreases with increasing the charge of a test body. It is noted that quantization of charge results in the same limitations in the accuracy of measuring the electromagnetic field in the GRT, as those obtained on quantization of gravitation
