X-ray diffraction study of the structural relaxation of the Co67Cr7Fe4Si8B14
Description
Using X-ray diffraction one investigates amorphous alloy ribbon surface. Annealing up to temperatures that do not exceed crystallization temperature is determined to result in small variations of gravity centre of the first maximum of galo as compared with such for the second one. This peculiarity demonstrating small structure variations in the first coordination sphere at structure relaxation in contrast to the further spheres, is considered as a proof of the cluster structure of amorphous alloy. 5 refs., 2 figs., 1 tab
