Kinetics of channeling with re-channelling

Description
The basic system of equations of the kinetic theory of channeling with re-channelling is built. A new expression is obtained for channeled fraction taking into account the volume trapping, and re-channelling and de-channelling on rough defects. The existence of new characteristic lengths - the volume trapping length and the re-channelling length - is shown. It is shown, that flux peaking effect modifies the dechanneling cross-sections of the defects
