Anomalous X-ray scattering and EXAFS study in the determination of short range order of solid state solution Fe78.4Cr21.6

Description
The results of studying local atomic structure for solid state solution Fe78.4Cr21.6 by extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) and anomalous wide angle X-ray scattering (AWAXS) are presented. From the anomalous X-ray scattering data the solid state solution decomposition into three bcc-phases, with different lattice parameters and compositions was found. From EXAFS data the partial interatomic distances and the partial coordination numbers for the first shell were obtained. Also the Cowley parameter was calculated and solid solution was shown

Представлены результаты исследования локальной атомной структуры твердого раствора Fe78.4Cr21.6 методами рентгеноспектрального структурного анализа (EXAFS-спектроскопии) и аномального большеуглового рассеяния рентгеновских лучей (AWAXS). По данным аномальной дифракции обнаружен распад сплава на три ОЦК-фазы разного состава с различными параметрами решеток. По данным EXAFS были определены парциальные межатомные расстояния и парциальные координационные числа для первой координационной сферы.
