Crystal structures of Ln2-xCexCuO4-y electron carrier superconductors with Ln = Nd, Sm, Eu
Description
The X-ray crystal structures, of three Lna-xCexCuO4-y mixed oxides with Ln = Nd, Sn, and Eu have been determined. All the three oxides crystallize in the tetragonal space group I4/nnn with the following lattice parameters: (Nd,Ce) a = 3.9479(3), c = 12.039(1), A; (Sn,Ce) a =- 3.9219(3), c = 11.8885(7) A; (Eu,Ce) a = 3.9169(6), c = 11.897(2) A. In this paper structural results are compared and discussed with those of other ceramic copper oxides
