Verification on recovery performance of repaired reinforcement bar which corrode in the cracked concrete using neutron technology

Description
The authors accurately measured the stress distribution of reinforcing bars of concretes using an engineering material diffractometer. Samples were taken from healthy reinforcing bar and corroded reinforcing bar in RC, and corroded reinforcing bar in RC where corrosion cracks had been repaired. They confirmed crack distribution inside the test specimens and the state of filling of the repair material through CT imaging using an imaging device. These techniques have been considered difficult until now, As a result of the verification, it was possible to capture the change in the adhesion stress distribution depending on the corrosion grade. It was also confirmed that when a repair material was applied to the corrosion cracks, the adhesion was restored by improving the frictional force and restoring the confinement effect of the concrete. 本論文は,これまで難しいとされてきた鉄筋コンクリート内の健全および腐食した鉄筋,さらに腐食ひび割れに補修を施した鉄筋コンクリート内の腐食鉄筋の応力分布を工学材料回折装置を用いて精度良く測定し,中性子イメージング装置を用いたCT撮影により試験体内部のひび割れ分布と補修材充填状態を確認した。検証の結果,腐食グレードによる付着応力度分布の変化を捉えることができた。また,腐食ひび割れに対して補修材を施工した場合,摩擦力の向上およびコンクリートの拘束効果の回復によって付着が回復することが確認された。(著者)Additional details
