Band spectrum and optical absorption of n-CdSnAs2

Description
The energy spectrum of the valence band and the conductivity band in the vicinity of the GITA point of the Brillouin zone has been calculated for CdSnAs2 with the help of the perturbation theory. The parameters required for the calculation of the spectrum, have been determined, proceeding from the analysis of the optical absorption edge in n-CdSnAs2. The effective masses in the GITA point and the density of states have been determined with the found values of the parameters
