Description
The equations of electric vector and its spectrum for the electromagnetic field in a stationary isotropic inhomogeneous medium with conductivity, magnetic and permittivity with its arbitrary dependence from coordinates are presented. The method of solving this equations is based Green's function together with the method of iterations. This approach is also applicable to optical frequencies. (paper)
