Comparative investigations on UV sensitivity of newly developed LiF TL detectors

Description
The intrinsic UV sensitivity (PITL), e.g. the UV response without any gamma irradiation, the thermoluminescence (TL) and the UV induced phototransfer properties (PTTL) of the newly developed LiF dosemeters GR-200 (LiF:Mg,Cu,P), China, and MCP-N (LiF:Mg,Cu,P), Poland, were investigated. The results were compared with data for TLD-100 (LiF:Mg,Ti) and MTS-N (LiF:Mg,Ti), dosemeters widely used and investigated for personal dosimetry. (author)
