Mire chamber for ultraviolet and X-radiation detection with 50x80 mm resolution

Description
A wire chamber for vacuum ultraviolet and X radiation detection with winding pitch of anode and cathode wires equal to 0.25-0.1 mm is described. The chamber operates in the mixture of Ar+20%CH4+acetone vapours at the pressure up to 50 atm. Coordinate resolution in the streamer mode approaches 50x80 μm
