Description

The results of the formation and testing of optical waveguides recorded in the volume of a lithium niobate crystal using a femtosecond laser are presented. A laser with a wavelength of 1028 nm with a pulse duration of 180 fs and with their frequency of 15 kHz and two orthogonal polarizations of the incident radiation was used. As a result of tests the smallest optical loss was 2 dB/cm

Представлены результаты формирования и испытаний оптических волноводов, записанных в объеме кристалла ниобата лития с помощью фемтосекундного лазера. Был использован лазер с длиной волны 1028 нм с длительностью импульсов 180 фс и частотой их следования 15 кГц и двумя ортогональными поляризациями падающего излучения. В результате испытаний наименьшие оптические потери составили 2 дБ/см
