3-dimensional flux phases of t-J model in a layer structure

  • 1. Dept. of Materials Science, Hiroshima Univ. (Japan)

Description

We investigate 3-dimensional commensurate flux phase (3-D CFP) of the t-J model in a layer structure. Doped holes in this phase do not obey normal statistics, fermi and bose, just as in the 2-D CFP where holes behave as semions. This feature is characteristic of a layer structure and is not seen in an isotropic 3-D lattice structure. The system exhibits 2-D superconductivity confined in a plane perpendicular to the commensurate flux. (orig.)
