Nuclear incompressibility calculation by the Hartree-Fock method
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kharkov. Fiziko-Tekhnicheskij Inst.
Description
The atomic nucleus energy is considered as a function of proton and neutron mean square-law radii. Introduced are the coefficients of neutron Kn, proton Kp, isoscalar Ks, isovector kv hardness, and mixed components of Xpn and Xsv hardness, permitting to study the relative motion of neutron and proton components of nucleus. These coefficients are calculated for magic nuclei of 16O, 40Ca, 48Ca, 208Pb by the method of Hartree-Fock with additional conditions. The effect of Skyrme interaction parameters and the Coulomb field on the properties of hardness of spherical nuclei. It is shown that the Coulomb forces weakly influence on the nucleus hardness
